Sta. Cruz, Porac, Pampanga on Nov. 25.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. <\/strong><strong>. Ponce Rogelio Pe\u00f1ones Jr. <\/strong><strong>said the \u00a0PRO3 fully commits\u00a0to the PNP focused agenda on\u00a0integrity monitoring, ensuring that professionalism, accountability, and public service are upheld without compromise. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The official said that following the reported burglary in Porac, the accused police personnel were\u00a0relieved from their posts\u00a0as a standard procedure while the investigation is ongoing. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>According to Pe\u00f1ones, a<\/strong><strong>\u00a0Special Investigation Task Group (SITG)\u00a0was created to conduct a deeper probe into the incident and ensure an airtight case. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>He said all concerned units are securing evidence, validating timelines, and reviewing relevant information to establish full accountability. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cPRO3 draws the line clearly:\u00a0any police officer who abuses the badge will face criminal and administrative charges. Walang palusot.\u00a0Any misconduct in Central Luzon will not be tolerated,\u201d the Central Luzon top cop said.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cRegarding reports of alleged police involvement in Angeles City, PRO3 will exert full effort to determine the extent of personnel participation. Initial actions have been taken to ensure accountability, and measures will continue to be pursued to file cases once the investigation is complete, the official said.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cThe public is assured that transparency, integrity, and professionalism remain non-negotiable in PRO3,\u201d<\/strong><strong> Pe\u00f1ones<\/strong><strong> \u00a0added.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The accused cops are now under<\/strong><strong> restrictive custody at the Personnel Holding Area at <\/strong><strong>Camp Lt. Tomas Pepito in Angeles City.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Earlier, victim Ma. Dabbie Lacson, 39, of Bgy. Sta. Cruz, Porac, told police that three men entered their house and forced her, and her three house companions, including two children, into the comfort room.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The suspects then fled on two scooter-type motorcycles.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Upon checking the house, Lacson said she discovered that the drawer of a built-in cabinet in the master\u2019s bedroom on the first floor had been forcibly opened and an estimated P14,000,000 in cash was missing.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Lt. Gen.
