Dorotan Tiuseco as Senior Deputy Executive Secretary (SDES); attoney Danielle Marie Rieza-Culangen as Deputy Executive Secretary for General Administration (DESGA); and attorney Joseph Irvin A. Obenza as Deputy Executive Secretary for Financial Affairs (DESFA).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The Palace Press Officer also announced attorney Jesse Hermogenes T. Andres was appointed as Deputy Executive for Legal Affairs (DESLA); attorney Erwin Sta. Ana as Undersecretary for Economic Affairs; and attorney Alemar I.
