Cabaritan, San Manuel municipality.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ramilo-De Guzman was seated inside her sports utility vehicle, along with her children, while her father was opening the gate when the suspect riding a motorcycle without plate number suddenly pulled over and shot her repeatedly around 6:45 p.m. on Friday.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The gunman fled<\/strong><strong> eastward along the national road in the town\u2019s District 3 after the killing.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The ex-beauty queen was rushed to Manuel Roxas District Hospital but was declared dead on arrival due to gunshot wounds in the face and body.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Her children were left unscathed <\/strong><strong>but were experiencing psychological trauma following their mother\u2019s killing.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ramilo-De Guzman works as a public school teacher after completing a degree at University of Perpetual Help System-Isabela campus.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>She was <\/strong><strong>a former Miss San Manuel and finished as a runner-up in the 2013 Miss Philippines-Earth pageant, where she also received minor awards, including Miss Global International and Miss Genuine Person.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Gen. Jose Melencio C.
