Gen. Ponce Rogelio Penones Jr. by the Angeles City police identified the victim as Maria Teresa Mamac, a 58-year-old widow, and a resident of Bgy. Balibago, Angeles City.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mamac was the wife of the late Rodelio Mamac, former village chief of Bgy.
