Quisao.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>A foreign national was declared dead while the pilot was critically injured.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Rizal Provincial Police Office Director Col. Eleazar Barber Jr. said police continue to coordinate with relevant agencies to determine the cause of the crash.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) said it is investigating a forced landing of a Bell 505 helicopter en route from Manila to Quezon province.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The CAAP said its Aircraft Accident Investigation and Inquiry Board is conducting investigation, saying details will be provided as they become available.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A PRIVATE helicopter on Tuesday morning crashed leaving two people dead and three others wounded in Pililia, Rizal.
