Gen. Jessie B. Tamayao was named in a five-page sworn statement submitted to the NAPOLCOM Inspection, Monitoring and Investigation Service (IMIS) by a female HPG personnel.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>According to the complainant, Tamayao allegedly invited her to engage in sexual activity while also reportedly touching her buttocks. She further claimed that all the statements and actions of the official were accompanied by intimidation and threats, including being reassigned to Mindanao if she refused his advances.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The complainant also alleged that the official accessed her cellphone without consent, read her messages, and took photos of images and conversations from her gallery, Messenger, and Viber accounts. He allegedly threatened to use these against her should she report the incident to former HPG Director Brig. Gen. Hansel Marantan.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cSana ay maging aral sa mga tulad niyang nag-aabuso sa mga kababaihan, na hindi lahat ng babae ay magpapadala sa takot. Na merong maninindigan para sa karapatan ng mga kababaihan, ano man ang estado nila sa buhay at sa lipunan. Na walang lalake o kahit sino ang pwedeng umabuso sa amin. Na hindi porke hiwalay kami sa asawa ay pwede kaming bastusin,\u201d the complainant told the NAPOLCOM.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The complainant added that the incident happened at the PNP-HPG headquarters in Camp Crame on March 15.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>PNP-HPG CHIEF RESIGNS, DENIES ACCUSATIONS<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tamayao vehemently denied the accusations filed against him by the female cop.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The PNP-HPG chief\u00a0 also on Wednesday stepped down from his post \u00a0to ensure &#8220;a completely impartial, fair, and transparent conduct of the investigation&#8221; into the allegations.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cIn my 30 years of service, I have never been involved in, nor subjected to, any such allegation or complaint. I have risen through the ranks through my own diligence, hard work, and integrity.
