CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga \u2014 Police in Central Luzon achieved a significant breakthrough in a span of two days after successfully arresting all listed under the top 10 most wanted persons each in Bulacan and Tarlac provinces.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

In Bulacan, the Police Provincial Office under the leadership of officer-in-charge Col. Jay B. Baybayan conducted a series of intelligence-driven operations that led to the capture of all ten most wanted individuals.\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Baybayan said the operations were the result of close coordination among various police units, with support from intelligence operatives, tracker teams, and cyber patrol units.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Despite the observance of the Lenten season, Bulacan police maintained heightened operations, emphasizing their commitment to enforcing arrest warrants and curbing criminal activities across the province.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

In Tarlac, the Police Provincial Office led by Col. Joel Mendoza likewise arrested all top 10 most wanted men even before the scheduled April 1 to 5 manhunt operations.\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

The suspects in Tarlac were facing violations of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, homicide, frustrated homicide, qualified theft, violations of Republic Act 9262 or the Violence Against Women and Their Children Act, and Batas Pambansa Blg. 22 or the Bouncing Checks Law.\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Mendoza said some of the arrested individuals were apprehended by virtue of warrants with recommended bail, while others were committed for service of sentence.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) director Brig. Gen. Jess B. Mendez commended the accomplishments, noting it aligns with the Philippine National Police\u2019s Focused Agenda under PNP chief Gen. Jose Melencio C. Nartatez Jr..<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cThis accomplishment reflects our firm commitment to aggressively pursue wanted persons through intelligence-driven strategies and strong coordination. We are sending a clear message that no offender can evade justice,\u201d Mendez said.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n
