Grant Gollod identified the suspect as alias \u201cCia,\u201d 50, who was apprehended in Zone 5, Bgy. San Isidro, Tarlac City.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The arrest was carried out under \u201cOplan Pagtugis\u201d by personnel of the CIDG Tarlac Provincial Field Unit led by Lt. Col.
