Gen. Dionisio B. Bartolome said the drugs were found concealed in a shipment declared as clothing materials during an airport interdiction operation at the Clark Airport Cargo Facility.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Operatives subjected the parcel to \u00a0further examination after a Bureau of Customs x-ray examiner detected a suspicious image during screening, prompting immediate action of members of the Clark Inter-Agency Drug Interdiction Task Group.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>A K9 paneling indicated the presence of illegal drugs, leading to a detailed manual examination of the shipment declared as \u201cmen\u2019s relaxed fit hiking jeans.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>An initial investigation revealed that the parcel originated from the United States and was consigned to a resident of Valenzuela City.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Found inside the package was one black-and-white transparent plastic pouch hidden among the clothing.
