Gen. Jess B. Mendez said the steady resolution of administrative cases is part of its continuing effort to uphold professionalism, enforce organizational discipline, and sustain public confidence in police service across Central Luzon.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv4163551246ydp9e8886f5msonormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; background: white;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Helvetica','sans-serif'; color: #1d1d1d;\">He said the cases, resolved from February 24 to April 26, involved personnel across all levels of the organization.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv4163551246ydp9e8886f5msonormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; background: white;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Helvetica','sans-serif'; color: #1d1d1d;\">The total number of respondents included 10 Police Commissioned Officers (PCOs), 43 Police Non-Commissioned Officers (PNCOs), and one Non-Uniformed Personnel (NUP), reflecting what the regional office described as a \u201cno rank is exempt\u201d approach to accountability.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv4163551246ydp9e8886f5msonormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; background: white; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: start; widows: 2; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Helvetica','sans-serif'; color: #1d1d1d;\">Of the 43 cases, nine personnel were dismissed from service &#8212; comprising one PCO and eight PNCOs &#8212; while 21 others were suspended.\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv4163551246ydp9e8886f5msonormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; background: white; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: start; widows: 2; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Helvetica','sans-serif'; color: #1d1d1d;\">Nine respondents were exonerated or found not guilty, three were issued reprimands, and one PNCO was demoted.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv4163551246ydp9e8886f5msonormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; background: white;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Helvetica','sans-serif'; color: #1d1d1d;\">The Central Luzon top cop emphasized that the initiative forms part of a broader effort to reinforce integrity within the police force while rebuilding public trust.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv4163551246ydp9e8886f5msonormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; background: white;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Helvetica','sans-serif'; color: #1d1d1d;\">\u201cAng paglilinis sa ating hanay ay hindi lamang tungkol sa pagpaparusa, kundi sa pagpapanatili ng dangal ng ating organisasyon.
