The bill also aims to increase the cap on tax-free bonuses from P90,000 to P150,000.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cKailangan din ng middle class ng tulong para maibsan ang pasakit na dulot ng mataas na presyo ng langis at mga bilihin.
