Grant Gollod identified the suspect as alias \u201cSanti,\u201d a resident of Bgy. Valle Cruz, Cabanatuan City.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv0446399478ydpb85e05c0msonormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; background: white; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: start; widows: 2; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Helvetica','sans-serif'; color: #1d1d1d;\">The operation, conducted under \u201cOplan LIRA,\u201d was carried out by personnel of the CIDG Nueva Ecija Provincial Field Unit, in coordination with representatives from the LPG Marketers Association Inc. (LPGMA), at Purok 4, Bgy.
