He added that a copy of the summons had also been furnished to the prosecution panel.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cUnder the applicable rules, the respondent is given 10 calendar days from the service of summons within which to file her answer. Counting 10 calendar days from May 20, 2026, the last day would ordinarily fall on Saturday, May 30, 2026. However, since the last day falls on a Saturday, the period shall not run until the next working day.
