CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga — Three wanted persons and a drug suspect were arrested during a day-long anti-crime operations by the police in Orion, Bataan.<\/p>\n

In a report to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr., Bataan police commander Col. Palmer Tria said the Orion police under the supervision of Capt. Silvestre Colanza, in collaboration with the Bataan 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company, PIU Bataan, and the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group-Provincial Field Unit Bataan, on Friday arrested Ronald Cervantes alias \u201cBoyet Cervantes.\u201d<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Cervantes was nabbed in Bgy. Capunitan, Orion, based on a warrant issued by the Bataan Regional Trial Court for violation of Presidential Decree 1602.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
On the same day, members of the Orion police, Bataan 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company, Provincial Intelligence Unit-Bataan, and the CIDG-PFU Bataan arrested Jimvoy Angeles in Bgy. Wawa also in Orion based on a warrant for acts of lasciviousness.<\/p>\n

Later that day, the operating team arrested Ferlito Basilan alias \u201cBagol Baselan\u201d in Bgy. Capunitan, Orion. Basilan is wanted for violation of PD 1602 prescribing stiffer penalties on illegal gambling.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, members of the Special Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) of the Orion PNP arrested drug suspect alias \u201cGil\u201d in Bgy. Daan Bago, Orion.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n
Seized from alias \u201cGil\u201d was shabu worth P27,200.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Hidalgo commended the Orion police for the successful operations that demonstrate the commitment of the Central Luzon police in maintaining the safety and well-being of the community against crime and illegal drug activities.<\/p>\n
