Pampanga, Angeles City.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>The victim was identified as Javo Yatar, 37, of&nbsp; 24 Queens St., Queens Row Central, Bacoor, Cavite.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Angeles City Police director Col. Amado Mendoza said an initial investigation showed that Rolando Pasamonte, a 50-year-old maintenance worker of&nbsp;the Department of Public Works and Highways was sweeping the road when he noticed a Mitsubishi L-300 with Lalamove markings and&nbsp; license plate UWJ 535 parked on the highway.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pasamonte peeked from the window and saw an unconscious man, prompting him to inform the police.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responding lawmen found no injuries on the body of the victim and his valuables are intact.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Authorities are investigating what caused the death of Yatar.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BY KEVIN GALANG A DEAD man on Wednesday was found&nbsp; inside a van on &nbsp;Fil-Am Friendship Highway in Bgy.
