Anupul, &nbsp;Bamban Tarlac.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Nabbed were Cpl. Venancio Delmoral alias \u201cJuan,\u201d 44;&nbsp;Cpl. Juan Carlo Feliciano, 30; and Sgt.
