Kapigpiglatan in San Narciso, Zambales.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>A report to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr.by San Narciso police chief Maj. Ronaldo Valenzuela identified the victim as Renie Novilla, 36.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>The suspect was Novilla\u2019s friend,&nbsp; Edward Foronda, 54.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Novilla and Foronda are both residents of Purok 1 in Bgy.
