AN 8-year-old girl who was reported missing on Monday was found dead in a grassy area at Purok Kape 2, Bgy. Magcong, Maragusan, Davao de Oro.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The victim was found with her lower garment partially pulled down.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Recovered beside the girl was a rock suspected to have been used in the killing.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Also discovered at the crime scene were a cigarette, two strands of pubic hair, a cellular phone charger, a pair of slippers, and a flashlight charger believed to be owned by the suspect.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n In a follow-up operation, police arrested a 59-year-old man who was the last person seen walking with the girl.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Suspect Cristobal Tra\u00f1a was nabbed by members of the Maragusan police.
