Amado Mendoza reported to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr. that the victim was American Eduardo Perez Luna, 73, staying at Eurotel on Don Juico Avenue, Bgy. Malabanias, Angeles City.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ricardo Perez Luna, 67, a Filipino residing at Villa Portobello, Duquit, Mabalacat City, Pampanga, went to his brother Eduardo&#8217;s hotel to visit him but no one is answering the door.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>This prompted Ricardo to seek assistance from the hotel&#8217;s security guard to open the door with a master key and inside they found the lifeless body of Eduardo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Police were told that Eduardo was diagnosed with heart enlargement and his brother believed there was no foul play in his death.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BY KEVIN GALANG AN American national on Saturday was found dead in a hotel in Angeles City, Pampanga.
