Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr. identified the victim as Lourdes Valdez,&nbsp;a Psychology student of Angeles University Foundation (AUF) in Bgy. Salapungan, Angeles City.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>An investigation showed that Valdez, a resident of &nbsp;Bgy.
