Luyos, San Antonio, Nueva Ecija.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>In report to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr., the victim was driving her motorcycle when upon reaching Purok 5, Bgy. Luyos, the two suspects wearing green jackets without helmets on a blue plateless motorcyle suddenly appeared and fired shots at Silva.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>The victim sustained gunshot wounds in the head and was rushed to the San Antonio District Hospital but was declared dead upon arrival.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Authorities immediately put up \u201cOplan Bakod\u201d and are reviewing the CCTV footages in nearby establishments to identify and arrest the suspects.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BY KEVIN GALANG A WOMAN riding a motorcycle on Tuesday was shot in the head by two men on another motorbike in Nueva Ecija.
