BY KEVIN GALANG<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n TWO children, aged 2 and 3, on Friday were found dead inside a parked car in Angeles City, Pampanga.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Angeles City police director Col. Amado Mendoza reported to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr. that the victims were both residents of Sitio Cuayan Hensonville in Bgy. Malabanias, Angeles City.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Initial report showed that the driver of a maroon Toyota Vios with plate number CBE 3794 identified as Fermhan Pamintuan, 33, parked the car in front of his house in Sitio Cuayan Hensonville.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n When he returned, he was shocked to find the two kids — a 3-year-old boy and a 2-year-old girl \u2013 lifeless inside the car.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Pamintuan immediately informed the Angeles police and a rescue team from the Angeles City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office led by Joanee Mae Calica and Rennald Pangilinan about the gruesome discovery.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n According to the authorities, the two kids could have died of suffocation.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Based on the CCTV footage, before the victims were discovered dead, they were playing near the parked car.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The victims then opened the right side door and went inside.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Four hours later, they were found dead.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The two children were brought to the Funeral Pangilinan for autopsy examination.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" BY KEVIN GALANG TWO children, aged 2 and 3, on Friday were found dead inside a parked car in Angeles City, Pampanga.
