PRESIDENTIAL Anti-Organized Crime Commission Executive Director Undersecretary Gilbert DC Cruz on Thursday said that six of the 204 Chinese nationals held in the March 13 raid on a POGO firm in Bamban, Tarlac<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n turned out to be fugitives in Mainland China.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u201cAfter a verification with our foreign counterparts, we discovered that the six male Chinese nationals are wanted in Mainland China but managed to seek refuge in our country,\u201d Cruz said.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The six were identified as Wang Tao, 49; Cao Junpeng, 34; Jiang Ling, 33; Zhou Binbin, 34; Wang Dechao, 36; and Shi Xiangling, 27.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Wang and Xiangling are both wanted for fraud while Jung is wanted for creating public disturbance in China.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Ling is the subject of a warrant of arrest for aiding information network criminal activities while Binbin is wanted for running a gambling house.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Meanwhile, Dechao is wanted for illegally crossing the national border.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Cruz said they are coordinating with the Bureau of Immigration for the immediate deportation of the six to China.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The six were among the 283 foreign nationals found to be undocumented aliens during the raid at the Zun Yuan Technology Inc. in Sitio Pagasa, Bgy.
