A LAWMAKER <\/strong>has called for Vice President Sara Duterte to step down as secretary of the Department of Education (DepEd), citing a need for accountability and decency.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Manila <\/strong>3rd district Rep.
