Andres Bonifacio in Sagay City.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>The victim was Police Staff Sergeant Lernie Alacha, 44.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Alacha succumbed to a gunshot wound in the neck.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Initial probe showed that the cop and his live-in partner were having a heated altercation at their dining area prior to the shooting incident.
