Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr. by the Tarlac police identified the fatality as Melanie Belonio, a resident of Bgy. Daldalayap, San Clemente, Tarlac.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>An investigation showed the victim, together with Roselda Belonio, 25, and Elena Gabriel, were having dinner when two armed men suddenly entered the house.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>The suspects ordered the three women to go inside a room while the suspects ransacked all their valuables, including cash and cellphones.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>When the victim went out of the room, the two men chased then shot her before fleeing on foot with the loot.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Belonio was rushed to the Sto. Nino Hospital in Camiling, Tarlac but was declared dead upon arrival.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>The San Clemente police immediately launched \u201cOplan Kandado\u201d and requested the assistance of the Tarlac police to investigate the incident.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BY KEVIN GALANG A BUSINESSWOMAN on Sunday was robbed and shot dead by two men who barged in her house in Tarlac.
