BY KEVIN GALAN<\/strong>G<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n CLARK FREEPORT\u2014 A P145.45 million boutique hotel and commercial complex is soon to rise in this Freeport.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Clark Development Corporation (CDC) and Nationstar Development Corporation (NDC) recently held a groundbreaking ceremony, marking the start of construction of the hotel and commercial complex on a 1,159 sq. m. area on E. Jacinto St. and 879 sq. m. on M.A. Roxas St..<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n CDC president attorney Agnes VST Devanadera and NDC president Alessandro Jose Tengco led the groundbreaking and capsule-laying ceremonies.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The Henry Hotel-Clark, with its planned 40 to 45 rooms, aims to provide a unique experience centered on people, place, and the Philippines, according to NDC.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The project underscores a commitment to enhancing hospitality offerings and generating nearly 100 new job opportunities.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The hotel promises to redefine tourism experiences within the Freeport Zone.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n In addition to the hotel, NDC’s plans include developing a commercial complex on M.A. Roxas Highway, featuring a restaurant, caf\u00e9, event spaces, and a bar.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Key CDC executives also attended the event, including attorney Noelle Mina Meneses, vice president for Business Development and Business Enhancement; attorney Gloria Victoria Taruc, vice president for Legal Affairs; engineer Teresito Tiotuyco, vice president for Engineering Services; Ma.
