Gen. Paul Kenneth Lucas identified the fatalities as Angelo Palacio, 17; Guillermo Catamco Jr., and Leo Dizon Mintecalbo, 9, all residents of Masbate City.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>The three were&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>passengers of a Toyota van driven by Emgee Catalla Compuesto.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>The injured were Lenie De Los Reyes Dizon, 52; Eric Atienza, 51; Nasser Fajardo Lominog, 34; Rex A\u00e7u\u00f1a Ca\u00f1ete, 27; Sandy Reyes Flores, 13; Jean Cabacus, 12; and Rosjan Semilliano Pelayo, 3, also of Masbate City.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Investigation showed that the collision occurred at 3:30 a.m. Sunday on Maharlika Highway in Bgy. Talisay, Tiaong, Quezon.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>The <\/strong><strong>van overtook a Mitsubishi X-pander driven by Francus Ramos, 56, from Bgy.
