Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr., the Tarlac police identified the fatality as Myoung Seong Jang, married and a resident of Casta\u00f1eda St., Bgy. San Miguel, Tarlac City.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Investigation showed that apartment caretaker Jaime Khan &nbsp;on Saturday knocked on the door of the apartment being occupied by the Korean national to collect rental fees.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>However, the caretaker told police that no one was answering, prompting him to call the immediate relatives of Seong Jang.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>The Korean national\u2019s relatives identified as Axele Buscayno and &nbsp;his sister Rosalyn Buscayno arrived on Sunday and when they entered the house, they saw the lifeless victim hanging, using an extension wire, in his bedroom.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Members of the Tarlac City Police Station are investigating the incident.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BY KEVIN GALANG A 67-YEAR-OLD Korean national on Sunday was found hanging and dead inside his apartment in Tarlac City.
