Gen. Leo M. Francisco &nbsp;identified the suspect as Rasid Pangarungan Dalidig alias \u201cThata,\u201d a most wanted hitman in Zamboanga Peninsula.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pangarungan has been included in the Department of Interior and Local Government\u2019s list of Most Wanted Person and is the subject of a P140,000 monetary reward.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Members of the Lanao del Sur CIDG Provincial Field Unit, with the help of local law enforcement agents, tracked down&nbsp;the suspect in his hiding place in Bgy.
