Gideon Ines Jr., 52; Lyn Tuazon, 52; and Michael Bautista, 42.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The trio were arrested in Baclaran on June 5 for allegedly selling a multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) rented in Bamban, Tarlac.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Prior to the arrest, the owner of the MPV sought help from the Highway Patrol Group (HPG) after learning that her car was being sold without her knowledge..<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n According to the complainant, the supposed buyer of her vehicle contacted her through a messaging app to verify if she is indeed the registered owner of the vehicle that was being sold for P350,000. <\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The complainant told the police that the vehicle was rented from her by Michael Perez Bautista on June 2.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n She said the rent was for two days but the vehicle was not returned on time until the supposed buyer contacted her.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Authorities immediately planned an operation that led to the arrest of the suspects and the recovery of the MPV.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" THREE people, including a police official, were arrested for alleged carnapping in Baclaran, Parañaque.
