Aplaya in Digos City on Monday afternoon.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>The suspect was the 56-year-old half brother of Dela Pe\u00f1a who fled after the shooting.
