San Jose, Castillejos, Zambales.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>A report to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr. by&nbsp;Zambales police director Col. Ricardo Pangan identified the suspect as Hengfa Wu, a&nbsp;35-year-old Chinese national of Davao City.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Members of the Subic police led by Capt. Anthony Soria flagged down a white BMW for verification on Govic Highway, Bgy. Calapacuan, Subic.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>However, the vehicle sped off, which resulted in a brief chase.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>The vehicle was later intercepted in Bgy. San Jose, in Castillejos.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Upon verification, the car was allegedly involved in a kidnapping incident in Makati City on June 10 of a 33-year-old male Chinese national of Mabini St., Malate, Manila.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>A flash alarm was relayed by the ZPPO-TOC Viber group.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>The suspect and the rescued victim are now under the custody of the Subic police.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BY KEVIN GALANG A SUSPECTED Chinese kidnapper on Tuesday was arrested following a police chase in Bgy.
