Amado Mendoza Jr. reported to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr. that the victim was Marcelino Tiglao, &nbsp;50, &nbsp;of Purok 5B, Saint Vincent St., Angeles City.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Investigation showed the victim and his wife were manning their sari-sari store in their home when one of the suspects bought a sachet of coffee.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>The wife was getting the item when she heard a gunshot. When she turned her back, she saw her husband unconscious and bloodied on the floor.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>The suspects fled after the shooting.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tiglao was rushed to the Rafael Lazatin Memorial Center in Angeles City for treatment.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Police are conducting a follow-up operation to identify and arrest the suspects.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BY KEVIN GALANG A SARI-SARI store owner was shot by one of his &ldquo;customers&rdquo; in Bgy. &nbsp;Pampang, Angeles City, Pampanga.
