BY KEVIN GALANG<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga \u2013 The Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) has deployed 412 police personnel for today\u2019s third State of the Nation Address (SONA) of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr..<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n PRO3 director Brig. Gen.
