TWO persons deprived of liberty (PDL) on Thursday said former President Rodrigo Duterte ordered them to kill three Chinese men convicted of drug charges in Davao.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n PDLs Fernando Magdadaro and Leopoldo Tan Jr. made the claim during a quad committee hearing of the House of Representatives on Thursday on extra-judicial killings.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n During a the hearing, the duo claimed that they killed the three jailed Chinese drug lords on the orders of the former president.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n They further claimed that they received P1 million each for killing the Chinese detainees.
