Richard V. Caballero, the suspect is a resident of Purok 2, Bgy. San Juan ACCFA, this city.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Caballero said the illegal drugs was intercepted during a routine check conducted by prison guard Rene Diaz and security aide Cornelio Soriano at the entrance gate of the jail facility on Maharlika Highway in Bgy.
