<\/p>\n <\/p>\n In a Facebook post, Abalos wrote in all cap: \u201cNahuli na po si Apollo Quiboloy.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n A photo of the self-proclaimed \u201cSon of God\u201d was attached to one of Abalos\u2019 Facebook posts.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Quiboloy was arrested following a relentless manhunt operations by agents of the Philippine National Police (PNP) at the Kingdom of Jesus Christ (KOJC) compound in Davao City.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n PNP chief General Rommel Francisco Marbil confirmed the capture of Quiboloy who is set to be flown into Manila and held temporarily at the PNP Custodial Center in Camp Crame. <\/p>\n <\/p>\n There were no other details provided regarding the arrest of Quiboloy.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The KOJC leader is <\/strong>wanted for several counts of sexual abuse and human trafficking.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Quiboloy is also on the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation\u2019s most wanted list.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Meanwhile, in a statement, attorney Ferdinand S. Topacio, legal counsel of Quiboloy clarified that his client surrendered and he was not arrested .<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Topacio emphasized that Quiboloy voluntarily surrendered to the Intelligence Service Armed Forces of the Philippines (ISAFP).<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n He said Quiboloy was not arrested by the Philippine National Police under the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG).<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Topacio criticized Abalos for seemingly taking credit for what he described as a non-existent arrest.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n “It is misleading for Secretary Abalos to appear to take credit for a non-existent arrest.
