THREE suspects allegedly responsible for a P10 million estafa scheme known as \u201csangla-tira\u201d on Tuesday were arrested by operatives of the the Southern Police District (SPD) in an operation in Muntinlupa City.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n SPD chief Brig. Gen.
