Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr..<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>The body of Mangahas was positively identified by his uncle&nbsp;, Angel Reyes, while the retrieved dead body of Limus was identified by his live-in partner Rosell Santos, 42, of Bgy. Lingunan, Valenzuela City.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>The victims&#8217; colleague, Dennis Manuel, 52, also an engineer and a resident of Bgy. Talacsan, San Rafael, Bulacan, told probers that they were a team from CM Pancho Construction Company supposedly conducting a river channel survey in Angat River in the part of Bgy.
