THE Philippines and South Korea signed agreements on Monday covering maritime cooperation, infrastructure development, energy and other key areas during the state visit of South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n President Ferdinand R.
