Gen. Redrico Maranan, Angeles City police director Col. Amado Mendoza Jr. identified the foreigner as&nbsp;Walter James Gaston, 55, a resident of Plaridel 1 Subdivision, Malabanias.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Warrant officer of the Angeles City Police Station 4 served the alias warrant of arrest on Gaston for violation of Republic Act 9262 or the Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act of 2004 issued by Branch 26, Regional Trial Court of Sta.
