Col. Rexpher&nbsp;&nbsp;Gaoiran identified the victim as Ling Yu Bin, 34, a hotel sales executive of Centrum North<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;and a resident of Acuato Tower, Mandaluyong City.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>The victim was about to board his sports utility vehicle (SUV) when snatched by four still unidentified fellow Chinese men in Mandaluyong City.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>The kidnappers dropped&nbsp;&nbsp;him on Diezno Road in Bgy.
