Amado Mendoza Jr. identified the victim as&nbsp;Donna Florissa Ponce, of Marisol Subd., Bgy. Ninoy Aquino, Angeles City.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Initial probe showed the victim was alighting from&nbsp;a Hyundai Starex van when two men on a motorcycle approached then shot her before fleeing.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>The victim was rushed to the AUF Medical Center, where she died while undergoing &nbsp;treatment.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mendoza immediately ordered a&nbsp; flash alarm and dragnet operations for the possible arrest of the suspects.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BY KEVIN GALANG MOTORCYCLE-RIDING assassins on Thursday gunned down a woman in Angeles City, Pampanga.
