Gen. Redrico Maranan, Pampanga police director Col. Jay Dimaandal identified the fatalities as tricycle driver Ranilo Tungcab Tolentino, 55, and his passenger Remedios Manguerra Tolentino, 60, both of Bgy. Pulung Santol, Porac, Pampanga.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Investigation showed that&nbsp; Renato Mangulabnan Miranda, 48, of Bgy. Pulung Santol,&nbsp; Porac, was driving a dump truck going to Porac proper while the victims were travelling on the opposite direction.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Upon reaching Porac-Sta.
