FORMER Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Gen. Oscar Albayalde gave away wheelchairs to senior citizens in Angeles City, Pampanga.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The ex-member of the Philippine Military Academy (PMA) Sinagtala Class of 1986 has distributed more than a hundred wheelchairs to the elderly in the 33 barangays in the city.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Last Wednesday, Albayalde personally delivered the wheelchair to an elderly woman in Bgy. Malabanias in Angeles City.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Albayalde, who filed his certificate of candidacy for mayor of Angeles, is set to challenge the Lazatin political dynasty that held office in the city.<\/strong><\/p>\n
