THE Philippines \u201cmust be one step ahead\u201d of whatever policy shifts that US President-elect Donald Trump has vowed to implement once in office.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Senate President Francis \u201cChiz\u201d G.
