Telapayong, Arayat, Pampanga.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pampanga police director&nbsp; Col. Jay Dimaandal&nbsp; identified the victims as Bgy. Batasan, Arayat, Pampanga chairman&nbsp;Julito Trinidad and councilor Federico Hipolito.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Hipolito was declared dead on arrival at the hospital while the village chair is undergoing treatment.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>The victims were in a white Toyota FJ cruiser with plate number AKA 9514 when they stopped in front of the&nbsp; village hall.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>The duo were alighting the vehicle when the suspects on a motorcycle suddenly appeared and fired several shots at Trinidad and Hipolito.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Witnesses rushed the victims to Magalang District Hospital but Hipolito was declared dead on arrival.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>The suspects fled towards Magalang, Pampanga and are being hunted by the police.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>In a Facebook post, Gov.
