POLICE on Friday arrested a “high-value” target in a raid in Angeles City, Pampanga.
In a report to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Redrico Maranan, Angeles City police director Col. Amado Mendoza Jr. identified the suspect as Jerwin de Leon alias “Bullet,” 33, of Bgy. San Jose, Angeles City.
Armed with a search warrant issued by the Regional Trial Court of Angeles City, joint elements of the Angeles City police CIU and CMFC SWAT ACPO implemented the raid, resulting in the arrest of the suspect and confiscation of one knot-tied transparent plastic ice pack containing shabu and 25 plastic sachets of shabu both weighing at least 75 grams valued at P510,000 and a weighing scale.
Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 were filed against the arrested suspect.
