A STUDENT on Friday fell victim to “basag-kotse gang” in Malolos City, Bulacan.
Victim Gionne Galvez, 19, of Bgy. Burol 2nd, Balagtas, Bulacan, left his vehicle at the parking area of Black Scoop Cafe in Bgy. San Pablo, Malolos City.
When Galvez returned to the parking lot after an hour, he found the vehicle’s window on the driver’s side already broken and the shoulder bag containing his IPad and cellphones missing.
The victim immediately reported the incident to the Malolos City police, who are now reviewing the CCTV footage in the area for possible identification and arrest of the suspect.
